Japan 26 Martyrs Museum built in commemoration of the 26 saints who were crucified on Nishizaka Hill in Nagasaki City is also familiar with the displays of Francisco Xavier and Christian culture.

Meiji Mura is located in the mountains, after a 20-minute bus ride from Inuyama Station, and about 30 minutes by Meitetsu Line from Nagoya station to Inuyama Station. The Xavier Memorial Cathedral in Meiji Mura is a building which was dedicated to Kyoto in 1890 and was relocated to this place, in honor of Francisco Xavier who came to Japan and worked on Christianity. The Xavier Memorial Cathedral was built by Japanese people under French design supervision. It features a big circular stained glass shining in the rainbow color of the rose window above the front entrance.

Shima Spain Village is a vast amusement park on the theme of Spanish culture. It takes about 15 minutes by bus from Ugata Station and two hours from Nagoya station to Ugata station by Kintetsu Limited Express. The Xavier Castle Museum, located in one corner of the park, is elaborately made to the same size as the actual one, resembling Xavier Castle, the birthplace of Francisco Xavier in Navarra, Spain. Xavier's living room, a collection of furniture and furnishings from the 16th century, is also reproduced in the hall. It also has a life-size replica of the mural of the Paleolithic cave, "Altamira Cave".

Xavier Park was established to commemorate Francisco Xavier's landing in Sakai 400 years ago for an audience with the Emperor of the time seeking permission to preach. "In December 1550, St. Xavier landed in Sakai and entered the residence of Hibiya Ryokei. At the beginning of Western civilization, modern Japanese culture smelled like flowers." It is written in the inscription of St. Francisco Xavier in the park. Xavier Park is located about 40 minutes by tram on the Hankaidenki-Hankai Line from Tennoji, Osaka, just off Hanataguchi Station.
