If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.（Romans section 9-10th, chapter10th）

Father in the heaven, I lived in the life which was opposite to Your way so far. However, now, we would like to begin my life as one of Your family. Please accept me.
In Your words, it is taught "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved".
I confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord of mine. Jesus, You are the Lord of mine. I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ died on the cross for me, raised from the dead, living still now. Jesus, I believe that I have been saved and I have been born again.
Father in the heaven, thank You for becoming in the relation that I can call You "Father" sincerely. I have already become one of God's family. I will live as Your child from now.
